About Your Instructor
Willine Momprevil
Willine worked as a nurse for many years, dedicating her career to caring for others. However, her passion for education and mentorship led her to pursue another calling—teaching.
As a mother of three, Willine understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs of parenting. Her oldest son, Jonathan, is currently a sophomore at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. Her younger son, Bryce, and her daughter, Wynter-Rae, attend Montessori school in Fort Lauderdale. Her journey with Kumon began as a parent. After receiving concerning feedback from her son’s school suggesting he might need to repeat a grade due to slowed progress during COVID, Willine felt the fear and concern many parents experience. Determined to help her son succeed, she reduced her work hours, sought additional academic support, and discovered Kumon.
Within a year, her son went from being at risk of being held back to exceeding expectations in first grade. That transformation reinforced her belief in the Kumon Method. She saw firsthand how consistency, individualized pacing, and daily practice could dramatically improve not only academic performance but also confidence and study skills.
A Message to Families
Willine welcomes families to visit the center for a free assessment and a personal consultation. She believes every child has potential, whether they need support catching up or are ready to advance beyond their grade level.
Kumon helps students:
Strengthen foundational math and reading skills
Build focus and independent study habits
Progress at their own pace
Develop confidence that extends beyond the classroom
With time, persistence, dedication, and a strong partnership between instructor and family, the possibilities are endless.
Willine looks forward to meeting each family and supporting every child on their journey to academic success.
